How do I unsubscribe from the email newsletters?

There is an unsubscribe link contained in every newsletter (found in the footer of our emails). Please allow up to 48 hours for this to take full effect.

Replying STOP to emails will not be effective in unsubscribing your email address

We send you all the latest discount vouchers and codes direct to your inbox so you will never miss out on an offer again! Plus it’s completely free to receive our email newsletters.

What is your phone number?

Please be advised that we do not charge anyone for signing up to our service. Our website is completely free to use and always has been, there are no subscription charges. We do not take any money directly or transact on the DiscountVouchers.co.uk site, we do not have any product sales to support or refunds to action - therefore, we do not have a telephone number for these matters.

We offer deals via a number of Merchants: Groupon, Wowcher, Living Social, Secret Escapes and The Deals Club to name but a few, as well as Voyage Privé. We are a marketing agent for all these merchants, if you require any information regarding any of their deals or a purchase you have made you will need to contact the merchant's customer support service directly. The information should be available on the confirmation email you received after purchase completion.

How does DiscountVouchers.co.uk work?

DiscountVouchers.co.uk works in two ways. Firstly, we show the current discount codes and vouchers for your favourite brands and retailers, to help you save on all your purchases!

These are available from our homepage. Simply enter your favourite retailer or product into the search box to search for available codes and vouchers. Click the button next to the offer to get the deal!

We also offer our DiscountVouchers.co.uk Daily Deals section - http://www.discountvouchers.co.uk/deals

This section features a number of deals from a variety of merchants such as Groupon, Wowcher, Living Social, Secret Escapes and The Deals Club.

If you have an issue regarding any other deals bought via other merchants advertised on our site you should be able to find their contact information on your confirmation emails and you should use that to contact the merchant directly.

The voucher code on your site does not work on the merchant's site

The vouchers displayed on our site are subject to expiry dates. These are shown next to the voucher information, when available. Please note, we do our best to put in the correct expiry date next to each offer, however sometimes merchants can close popular deals early, which is out of our control. If a voucher has expired it normally state "Expired" next to the voucher details. Also each offer has its own set of terms and conditions. Please check these carefully before visiting a merchant's site or shop as they may only be available for use at certain times (this can especially be the case with restaurant or food vouchers).

The merchant's page is broken when I click out of your site

Sometimes offers change suddenly and while we work very hard to keep the site updated, some offers may slip through our strict monitoring process. If you find that any of the pages on our merchant's sites say that the page does not exits or is broken please contact us via the email below with the offer and merchant name and we will get that fixed as fast as we can.

When can I use my voucher?

Each voucher code or discount will have its own terms and conditions, all of which are clearly stated next to the voucher. Please check these before visiting the merchant's website/shop to claim your discount.

How to move our emails into your Primary inbox in Gmail

You may have noticed that your mails are now divided into separate inboxes - Primary, Social and Promotions. Your Discount Vouchers emails may be hiding in your Promotions inbox. Adjust your settings today to ensure that they appear in your Primary inbox. Here's how:
