Terms & conditions: Eligibility to claim
When purchasing 2 or 3 Michelin CrossClimate Tyres, the customer will be eligible to claim an Amazon Echo Dot (gen 2) which R.R.P’s at £49.99.

When purchasing 4 or more Michelin CrossClimate Tyres, the customer will be eligible to claim an Amazon Echo which R.R.P’s at £89.99.

These Terms and Conditions prevail in the event of any conflict or inconsistency with any other communications, including advertising or promotional materials.

The “Michelin CrossClimate Amazon Echo Promotion” (the “Promotion”) is open to ATS Euromaster’s Retail Customers who are UK residents (excluding Northern Ireland), except ATS Euromaster Ltd’s (the “Promoter”) employees, its agencies or anyone else connected to the creation and administration of this Promotion. This Promotion is open to retail customers only (excludes company vehicle drivers and ATS Euromaster Ltd Business and Account Customers).
By participating in this Promotion, all claimants will be deemed to have accepted and agreed to be bound by these terms and conditions and by any other requirements set out in the promotional material.
ATS Euromaster has 1,500 Amazon Echo Dot speakers and 500 Amazon Echo’s to give away on a 1st come, 1st served basis. Once the total of 2,000 Amazon Echo products have been assigned no further claims will be accepted.
There is a purchase requirement. Claimants must purchase two or more car or 4x4 tyres in the MICHELIN CROSSCLIMATE range (CROSSCLIMATE, CROSSCLIMATE+ OR CROSSCLIMATE SUV) from either an ATS Euromaster Service Centre or on the ATS Euromaster website (https://www.atseuromaster.co.uk/consumer) in a single transaction between 1st November 2018 and 31st January 2019 (inclusive) in order to claim a FREE Amazon Echo Dot or Amazon Echo. All tyres must be fitted and all services must be carried out at time of purchase, except for purchases made online which must be booked in for fitting at the time of purchase. Fitting of online tyre purchase must be completed before a claim can be made.
To claim a FREE Amazon Echo Dot (RRP of £49.99) or Amazon Echo (RRP £89.99) claimants must register their details on an official form completed online at www.atsrewards.co.uk/amazonecho no later than midnight 28th February 2019. Claims made after this time will not be eligible for the reward. Only one claim can be made per person. Only one claim can be made per vehicle.
Claims must be made on an official claim form completed online at www.atsrewards.co.uk/amazonecho Claimants will be required to enter a valid ATS Euromaster customer sales receipt number or 'document number' to be eligible to make a claim. A copy of the Customer Sales receipt may be required as proof of purchase.
Completion of the mandatory fields is necessary to carry out identity checks to validate all claims. Claims will be checked against the name and address on the invoice.
Claims may also be made by post by sending a copy of a qualifying Customer Sales Receipt to: MICHELIN CROSSCLIMATE Amazon Echo Promotion, Marketing Department, 20 Upper Portland Street, Aston, Birmingham, B6 5TW. Claimants will also need to send a copy of their invoice for their claim to be processed.
By participating in the Promotion, claimants accept that ATS Euromaster will submit information entered onto the online claim form or application by post to a third party (the Marketing Lounge Partnership Limited) so that they can validate the information provided, confirm the identity of the claimant and issue the reward in accordance with the Promotion.
The Amazon Echo Dot or Amazon Echo will be sent out to the claimant by 2nd class post within 28 days from validation of the claim.
No responsibility can be accepted by the Promoter for Amazon Echo Dot or Amazon Echo that are damaged or lost during postage.
Entry into this Promotion cannot be made other than strictly in accordance with these terms and conditions. Lost, incomplete, invalid, illegible, fraudulent and/or late claims will not be accepted. The Promoter reserves the right to refuse a claim if it believes the claim is fraudulent, not legitimate or not valid. The Promoter’s decision is final and is not open to challenge.
This Promotion may not be used in conjunction with any other promotions or offers for the same product or service unless specified below.
Customers purchasing tyres from the MICHELIN CROSSCLIMATE range of car and SUV tyres may claim a free Amazon Echo Dot or Amazon Echo in the ‘MICHELIN CROSSCLIMATE Amazon Echo Promotion’ AND where a qualifying amount of tyres is purchased claim a free fitting discount with the ‘Free Fitting with MICHELIN tyres’ Offer
The Amazon Echo Dot or Amazon Echo is non-transferable and no cash alternative will be offered.
The Amazon Echo Dot and the Amazon Echo are subject to availability. The Promoter reserves the right to substitute it with an alternative reward of equal value in the event that circumstances beyond its control make this unavoidable.
The Promoter does not accept any responsibility for any technical or functional issues arising with the Amazon Echo Dot or Amazon Echo and does not provide any warranty in relation to the product. Any issues should be referred direct to the manufacturer (Amazon).
The Promoter reserves the right to withdraw, modify or vary this Promotion as required due to circumstances beyond its control.
The Promoter cannot accept liability for any technical issues or any other issues outside of their control that may prevent a Claimant from participating in this Promotion.
All information received will become the property of the Promoter.
Without limiting the foregoing, Claimant’s personal information provided in connection with the Promotion will be handled in accordance with data protection legislation and processed in accordance with the Promoter’s Privacy Policy http://www.atseuromaster.co.uk/information/customer-services/privacy.
The Promotion and these terms and conditions are subject to English law and the exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts.

ATS Euromaster has a limited number of Tyre Clearance products available at certain ATS Euromaster Service Centres. These Tyre Clearance products are tyres which are available due to unfulfilled bookings, or they may be end of line products or they may be surplus stock at that Service Centre.
In order to check stock availability and to arrange to purchase tyres, customers should contact the relevant ATS Euromaster Service Centre direct via the telephone number provided on the website.
The Tyre Clearance prices are available on limited numbers of selected sizes and brands of tyres as stated on this website.
Tyres of the same brand, size and pattern (so long as they have not been discontinued) may also be available at the Centre or another ATS Euromaster Service Centre. The ATS Euromaster Retail Centre Price List price will apply to those tyres. Please contact the Service Centre for details.
Tyre Clearance products are available on a “first come, first served” basis. Tyre Clearance product availability is therefore subject to change on a continuing basis. The presence of a product on the website does not guarantee that such a product will be available for purchase.
The ‘Usual Price’ refers to the fitted price for that product as set out in ATS Euromaster’s Online Price List at the time of, or immediately prior to, it being included on the website as a Tyre Clearance Product. Online prices may differ to ATS Euromaster's Retail Centre Price List.
All Tyre Clearance prices shown on the website are in pounds sterling, are inclusive of VAT, are for a single tyre and include new valve, wheel balancing (these are mandatory) and disposal of your old tyres (if necessary).
Tyre Clearance products are available to purchase in selected ATS Euromaster Service Centres only. Tyre Clearance products cannot be purchased online.
All Tyre Clearance products must be fitted at an ATS Euromaster Service Centre.
The Tyre Clearance products shown on the website are not available for collection without fitting. ATS Euromaster is unable to fit tyres to wheels which are not attached to a vehicle.
Tyre Clearance products are subject to very limited availability. ATS Euromaster reserves the right to withdraw a product and to alter prices without prior notification and at any time.
All Tyre Clearance products are sold under ATS Euromaster Terms and Conditions. We reserve the right to change these terms at any time.
All product descriptions and illustrations shown on the website are provided in good faith but are intended for guidance and illustration purposes only and actual products may vary accordingly.
No refund will be made if you do not require any of the elements of the fitting services.
