Hello I’m Steve, I’m a Personal Trainer offering a new service within Brundall and its surrounding area. Exercise has turned my life around, when I started my exercise regime my confidence grew and I regained a positive self-image, I lost weight & over time I started to feel great! Now I want to offer this same opportunity to you whether it is weight loss, muscle gain, Event preparation or just wellbeing, I can help you! I offer various sessions which you can take advantage of:- 1. Personal Training Session at my Studio @ Brundall – One on one sessions, workout programmes, and basic nutrition advice all suited to you. 2. Personal Training Session at the comfort of your home – As above but no traveling required by you. 3. Couple Training at my Studio @ Brundall – Bring a friend to cut the costs (my studio can hold a max of 3) the sessions will be slightly more generic, however if you have a same goals that would be preferable. You still get workout programmes & basic nutritional advice. 4. Couple Training at the comfort of your home – As above but in your lounge (just be aware of the room you need to move about) 5. Brundall Boot camp every Sunday morning @ 10am, Brundall Memorial Hall Park – Fun, high intensity workouts to burn calories. 6. Or if you and a group of friend want to start an exercise class e.g. circuit training, TRX classes, Legs, Bums & Tums just contact me and I am sure we can sort something out! The Personal Training & Couple Training will be adapted to suit your personal goals and abilities. We will progress as your fitness improves and inevitably we will smash through your original goals, proving that making that first step was the best decision you made!
