Fashion retailer ASOS forecasting profits ahead of expectations

Online British fashion retailer ASOS issued a forecast on Monday indicating that full-year profits are ahead of market expectations and that its recent trading is remaining buoyant.
“We expect our profit before tax (for the year to March 31 2009) to be slightly ahead of market expectations,” said Nick Robertson, chief executive of the company.
