Yum announces higher than expected profits

KFC and Pizza Hut parent company Yum Brands Inc. revealed higher-than-anticipated quarterly sales boosted by growth in China, the firm’s biggest profit driver. In addition, its shares climbed 6.4 per cent after hours.
