As many as 500 jobs are expected to result from the expansion of one of Edinburgh’s main shopping centres, according to a report in The Scotsman.
The Cameron Toll shopping complex is about to undergo a £25 million expansion progamme, according to the Irish investment fund which acquired the property last year.

For many items bought at groceries, thousands of shoppers in Northern Ireland are abandoning major brand names and buying cheaper alternatives.
Sainsbury’s has released new figures showing that their customers increased purchases of the retailer’s own low-cost label sales by 60 per cent in the last year.

Credit card fraud exceeds 600 million in UK
