A little bit of history on Loch Fyne: Johnny Noble and Andy Lane started in the early 1980s with a little shack of an oyster bar. This was on the edge of Loch Fyne on the road to Cairndow (up from Loch Lomond) and the oysters were grown in the loch. They would also sell these oysters in restaurants around the country and then opened restaurants in England, first Nottingham and then Peterborough.
