"hi discount expert i am really upset at an event that i witnessed today. a young man i came across at the cinema tonight changed his mind about watching a movie and decided to cash out the cinema voucher/ticket at the venue, he decided to buy popcorn and soda and collect the remaining of his change in cash and go home but he was disgraced by the attending staff at the popcorn booth i approached the incident and confirmed that he actually purchased the voucher or ticket with his credit card, and he decided to go home instead of waiting to watch the movie, i think he has a right to collecting his change. But my question is this, what is wrong in this scenario? Is there anything wrong in changing your mind and asking for a refund or at the very least part change of your cash? And what kind of tickets/vouchers can one purchase with credit cards that one is entitled to a refund? please send your reply yo kayus84@yahoo.com thank you nb: i wud hate to be disgraced like that so i need to be aware."
